lack of the feature of bill payment directly from app. hopefully you will add in future..
Need to improve the service for account opening. After opening the account by this app i didn't get any conformation messages like conformation ID, transaction ID ETC... only one customer care person contacted me for verification and he told me to collect debit card from near branch. i preferred sixth ring road branch. i go there and showed the OTP given date lady staff.... but she can't find the ഡീറ്റെയിൽസ് So I left the desire there

Very weird CBK policy to activate your own personal saving account & ATM they require valid civil ID or original passport. As my civil ID was expired and my original passport was the embassy and it will take 1 month to process I had a copy of my passport with 3 months valid extension visa when I submitted to the CBK bank they insist on presenting original passport this is how CBK treat their customers by saying 'We cannot do anything'
